In 1998, he published Online Strategic Intelligence (Dunod, 2nd edition 2000) and at the same time created the first French virtual community for online competitive intelligence, Veille.com as well as the first international portal on intelligent agents and virtual creatures, AgentLand.com.

Joël de Rosnay: Docteur ès Sciences, co-founder and Director of Forecasting and Strategy. Former Head of Forecasting at the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie (1985-2002), Director of Research Applications at the Institut Pasteur (1975-1985), researcher and lecturer at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) (1966-1972). He is the author of numerous works, including Symbiotic Man (Seuil 1995).

Samuel Morillon: COO. SUPMECA engineer in 1995, ESC Clermont in 2003. He is specialized in the Industry area, the strategy and the inovation. He has an international career throughout Europe, Asia and North America. He is responsible for the developpement of Cybion and coordinates the company's R&D activities.

Sigieri Diaz della Vittoria Pallavicini : Member of the board since 1996 and investors' representative. Graduate in economic science from the university of Rome. Specialist in international finance. After having worked for different international merchant banks (Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers, JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch), he founded Global Wealth Management.
