Cybion, the pioneer in on-line strategic intelligence, has been accompanying public and private organizations for more than 10 years.
We meet the informational needs of decision makers, by identifying and synthesizing strategic information destined for use in operational situations. Our expertise lies in the identification of sources, the collection and analysis of the information that is available on the visible and invisible Internet.
To provide answers to your questions, we develop tailored products using methodologies that solve the principal problems of online information:
difficulty of identifying sources of information
lack of relevance
reliability of the information
rapidity with which information is refreshed
All our services are derived from our experience of the networks and our technological expertise: since the creation of the company, we have constantly tested innovative tools in the field of information retrieval and monitoring (search engines, directories, databases, intelligent agents).
The specificity of Cybion's offer is the association of this technological know-how with human skills in analyzing the information collected.
Once the information has been processed by Cybion, you possess a true decision support tool, personalized for your activity and your sector.

To provide companies with strategic information of high added-value,
Carlo Revelli had the idea in 1995 of using the Internet as a monitoring
tool, using among other solutions an emerging technology: intelligent
agents.
And it was Joël de Rosnay who suggested the name 'Cybion', based on an
original idea developed in his book Symbiotic Man (Seuil 1995). In this
work, he describes, under the name of Cybionte, the hybrid
super-organism currently in construction, that is at the same time
biological, mechanic and electronic, and includes men, machines,
networks and societies. The principle of the Cybionte is therefore the
development of interaction between men, machines and computer networks.
If the Cybionte had a face, to reinforce this interaction between Man and the Computer, our logo would be its ideal representation. The logo has been freely inspired by representations of the Roman god, Janus, the god of gates, beginnings and doorways. Thus, Janus was the overseer of access and movements. He is reputed to be the inventor of navigation in general, and of boats in particular. He possesses the 'dual knowledge' of the past and the future, and observes the East and the West. As the god of beginnings, he has given his name to the month of January: januarius.
For Cybion, this representation is the perfect image of our expertise, that associates human and technological analysis for the observation of informational activity on the Internet.
